new investor, Matthew Miller to the Rob Clark team!
Recently, I spoke with Matthew Miller by phone
and E-mail, and an investment agreement was made. Funds have been received and applied towards some very valuable Retics with
some very profitable expected results.
Our agreement is simple. He has invested $5,400 with an expected
return of $10,800. This return is expected to be reached within 3 years, but may possibly be accomplished in as little as
1 year. With his investment, various Retics will be produced and marketed. These include:
1. SunTigers
2.
Tigers
3. Tigers het Amel
4. Sun Tigers Het Amel
5. Amels
6. Amel Tigers
7. Amel Super Tigers
These are all expected to be produced in 2009. They will all be kept, maintained, and marketed here. I do all
of the work, and Matthew Miller reaps his financial benefit.
What's in it for me? Once his profit
has been returned, all residual income and animals remain here. Animals purchased with his investment are mine to keep and
breed or show after his return profit has been paid. This adds to my portfolio and advertising power. This helps to cover
my expenses, and then allows me to profit from such a deal once Matthew Miller's expectations have been met.

New Facility:
Planning is
complete, construction scheduled!
A new facility is about to be built. Landscaping is in progress. Once
the foundation is complete, the facility construction should be complete by the end of July. This will give us more room to
operate and grow. Cages will be built, and inventory will expand. This facility will not be open to the general public except
by appointment only. However, in the next couple of years, expect a public facility to be established.
