Here comes the fun part that no one likes to read! Terms are no  one's favorite, but these terms can be helpful answering any questions that you may have. Please try to read the terms
page before asking any questions that may have already been addressed within this page.
Failure of the
customer to read these terms before commitment to do business relieves Rob Clark of any liabilities, complaints, or other
issues when the subject matter in question was listed and explained within this page. Any commitment by the customer to
to do business with Rob Clark Pythons implies acknowledgement and receipt of the terms and conditions listed within
this page.
Rob Clark will honor the terms published at the time business was conducted, but
reserves the right to amend these terms prior to future business agreements.
Service
The services that we provide will always be provided in the most professional
and courteous manner possible. We will make every reasonable effort to satisfy the customer. In any business, it is quite
impossible to satisfy everyone, or to make everyone happy, but we pledge to lead the industry in satisfaction!
Fees
Most fees are established within the various appropriate pages. These fees
cover normal costs associated with feeding and caring for these animals, improvement costs, potential travel, and lodging
expenses. Unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Offers page, the following standard fees typically apply, subject to
situational changes.

Additional Fees
Fees stated
above are sometimes insufficient when extensive travels or additional supplies, or snakes are requested. For the most part,
these additional fees are avoided unless in extreme circumstances. My services are available nationwide, but travel and lodging
expenses cause the most common need for fee adjustment.See examples below.
Travel expensesusually
begin to occur after traveling more than 100 miles from Morganton, NC round trip. Beyond this mileage, a standard fee of 50
cents per additional mile applies. These fees usually occur when traveling beyond the cities of Boone, Asheville, Charlotte,
Statesville, Wilkesboro, Shelby, or Rutherfordton. Check to see what the travel fee may be before scheduling. See examples
below.
Lodging expensesmay occur when extensive travels are experienced. An Additional Lodging fee
applies for each additional night required when presentations or travels may last several days for large groups or businesses.
These are usually experienced when traveling more than 200 miles from Morganton NC, round trip. This lodging fee would be
applied in addition to standard travel fees. The standard lodging fee is $150. This fee usually occurs when traveling much
beyond any NC state lines, or East of Greensboro, NC. Check to see what the lodging fees may apply before scheduling.
If travels to the described distances do not require lodging, this fee may be reduced or refunded on a case by case basis
at Rob Clark's discretion. See examples below.

Payment
Most forms of payment are accepted. For Internet transactions requiring the shipping
of a snake or product, Paypal is preferred on most sales transactions. Through Paypal, credit cards, and
E-checks can be accepted, or you can use Paypal Buyer Credit. To make a Paypal payment, please submit transactions to
Payment@RobClarkPythons.com and receipt will automatically be returned to the customer.
Other forms of payment such as money orders,
checks and cash are also accepted by mail. Postal money order purchased at any US Post Office are also preferred. For Python
Presentations and Parties, checks, cash, and money orders are accepted. Please make all payments payable to Rob Clark.
For any service or sale to be processed, checks must clear first, before and service is performed or product shipped. A cancelled,
returned, or otherwise bad check fee of $40 will apply to any type of returned check.
Payment plans are accepted on a case by case basis. When making payments for a snake or group of snakes, a $5 payment
fee per month may apply to cover care and holding expenses. Any cancellation of a payment plan will result in forfeiture of
the payments made. All payments made are to be considered non-refundable unless the agreement is declined or terminated by
the seller. To apply for a payment plan, please contact Rob Clark to discuss possible payment terms.
Deposits are accepted, and payment plan terms apply. Deposits may be accepted for expected offspring, and
refunded if the expected and anticipated hatchling is not produced. All deposits made are to be considered non-refundable
unless the agreement is declined or terminated by the seller. Deposit amounts will depend on the agreements made by the
customer and Rob Clark.
Education Python Presentations for official organizations such
as public schools and libraries may choose to be billed after services, and an invoice will be provided. Payment by such
organizations can be made according to the school's accounting practices.
Refunds,
partial refunds, or replacements will only be considered on a case by case basis upon request, after consideration of all
circumstances. Upon any cancellation of any event, rescheduling should be attempted. If fault falls upon the customer, no
refund shall be available. If fault falls upon Rob Clark, full refund will be remitted.

Receipts
All customers can be furnished with receipts upon payment received. Receipts may be hand written, or provided
via E-mail. Paypal automatically provides receipts. Invoices may also be provided upon request in addition to any receipts.
Shipping
All shipping is
arranged in a safe and timely manner. All animals are shipped healthy, eating, and growing. No shipping will take place if
weather conditions may endanger the animal, unless done upon specific request of the customer. Seller will not be held responsible
for any damage or harm caused during the shipping process, because local pick up is available for all sales. Buyer accepts
all risks associated with shipping. UPS next day air service is the primary method of shipping live animals. Fed Ex is
also available upon request. With either currier, animals may arrive at your door within 24 hours. A tracking number and notification
will be E-mailed to the customer when available. The seller will notify the buyer of the expected arrival time and date, and
the buyer is responsible for being at the delivery location for proper receipt of the animals. Delivery is Tuesday through
Friday. Additional fees for Saturday deliveries are imposed by the carriers. The posted prices are for pick ups,
and do not include shipping. Buyer pays shipping since local pick up is available.
Pick
Ups
If you live close, or can drive a bit, picking up your purchase is available,
preferred and encouraged.  Posted prices are pick up prices, and shipping costs would apply, so no additional discounts for picking up. Pick ups
must be arranged and scheduled in advance.
Selection
Most animals sold will be individually pictured, even if there are hundreds, and I will attempt to up
date photos as they grow. However, occasionally, too many animals to picture may be in stock. During local pick ups, you may
hand choose the snake of your choice. Otherwise, I may need to select your animal for you. This process will be determined
on the advertisement. If ordering and requesting shipping, the buyer agrees to allow Rob, or representative, to select the
animal that is to be shipped to buyer, making every effort to select a satisfactory animal for you. Gender and other preferences
may be determined by the customer / buyer, and all efforts will be made to make a satisfactory selection.
Health
I can guarantee that every animal sold is healthy,
and eating on it's own (self feeding). All animals are guaranteed to remain healthy for up to 4 months if provided adequate
care, housing, food, and treatment. To be eligible for such a guarantee, the customer must have the animal examined by a licensed
veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival. Upon arrival, I can not guarantee the care that the animals will receive. Likewise,
I can not guarantee the care that these animals may receive during shipping which is the responsibility of the buyer. Local
pick up is available, as well as hand selection. If the buyer is not satisfied that your animal has arrived healthy,
then replacement, or return will be considered on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Rob Clark. The buyer must
notify seller as soon as any problem is detected.
Availability
Animals advertised "For Sale" on this site may be purchased at any time. Not all animals pictured within this site
are available for sale. Availability may change frequently, and animals listed "For Sale" may briefly become unavailable.
To purchase a specific animal, please confirm availability before sending payment. Such a payment will be refunded, unless
you accept a different animal than the one previously selected.
Availability to participate in a Python
Event will be determined by established schedule. Events are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
Sales
Almost every animal sold on this site will be produced by Rob Clark. Most Pythons
and Boas will be micro chipped with Avid chips. All customers will be notified if their animal is micro chipped, with serial
numbers to the chip if it applies.
All sales prices are pick up prices and shipping is not included.
All animals sold here that are produced by Rob Clark will be listed with pride. Animals sold here that
are not produced by Rob Clark will be listed as such. All animals sold here not produced by Rob Clark will still be required
to meet the highest standards of quality.
Scheduling
All attempts to schedule any
Python events should made with as much advanced notice as possible. However, there is no minimum advanced notice required.
If you attempt to schedule an event for next day service, we will schedule your event if we are available. Events are scheduled
on a first come, first serve basis.
Python Publicity / Photo Opps
Standard Python Party fees apply to all Python Publicity Events / Photo Opps. One hour fee will
be $100. Additional hours up to 5 hours will cost $50 per additional hour up to 5 total hours, costing $300. Beyond 5 hours,
up to 8 hours, the Pythons Presentations rate applies, $500. Python Publicity Events / Photo Opps hosts will be responsible
for all advertisements and costs.
Python Presentations
Satisfaction
is mandatory! These Presentations will last the full duration of the time compensated for. Times will not include set up,
or removal of animals or props. A minimum of 3 Pythons exceeding 10 feet will be at all presentations. A minimum of 4 other
Pythons will also be available. At all presentations, a minimum of 7 Pythons will be available, but every attempt will be
made to provide 10 or more Pythons. Everyone will be afforded the opportunity to handle one of these giant Pythons. Each Presentation
will be consistent with it's description on the Pythons Presentations page.
Python
Parties
All Python Parties will last the full duration of the time compensated for. Times
will not include set up, or removal of animals or props. A minimum of 2 Pythons exceeding 10 feet will be at all presentations.
A minimum of 3 other Pythons will also be available. At all presentations, a minimum of 5 Pythons will be available,
but every attempt will be made to provide 7 or more Pythons. Everyone will be afforded the opportunity to handle one
of these giant Pythons. Each Party will be consistent with it's description on the Pythons Party page.
Adoptions
All adoptions will be posted and advertised on the "adoptions"
page. The three forms of adoptions shall have the following terms.
In Coming Adoptions will
be accepted on a case by case basis. To inquire about sending an adoptive animal to Rob Clark, please contact me with
details of the snakes that you wish to adopt out, and also include details of your personal situation, and why that you intend
to give this particular animal or group away. List possible medical problems that your snake may have, and it's species,
size, age, and gender if known. Shipping arrangements, or pick up, can be determined upon request, but as a general practice,
I will pay shipping for the animals that you are intending to give up. Additionally, upon request, shipping materials
may be provided to you at no cost.
Out Going Adoptions will be posted on the adoptions
page as they become available. The snake's species, size, age, and gender will be posted. Shipping or pick up will be
the responsibility of the customer.
Cyber Adoptions will be posted
and detailed on the adoptions page on a permanent basis. No limit to the number of adoptive Cyber Owners per snake will
be established. Each adoptive Cyber Owner will have the option of having their name, E-mail, or both posted with the animals
that they Cyber Adopt. Info and up-dates about these animals will not be posted publicly. This info will only be privileged
and sent via E-mail to the Cyber Parents. These Cyber Pythons will remain within inventory for the duration of their
lives. Cyber Parents are discouraged from forwarding the E-mails provided to them through this program. A monthly $3
fee will apply to each Cyber Python adopted. Payments are due within the first week of each month. Notice of cancellation of
your participation in the program is requested.
Trades
All trades will be considered on a case by case basis, considering all factors involved, such as the snakes value determined
by the snakes age, gender, size, health, breeding history, feeding habits, genetics, and more. Rob Clark reserves the right
to accept and participate in, or to deny any trade offers. Trade terms such as shipping, pick up, additional cash, will be
determined on a case by case basis through all standard offer and negotiations processes. Trades are not restricted to individual
animal trades. Trades may involve multiple animals or individual animals in any combination. Additional consideration
will be given to your trade offer if it was originally bred and produced here! If interested in a trade, please contact
Rob Clark.
Breeding Loans
These agreements are subject
to negotiations. Breeding loans are usually considered in-coming, animals delivered to my facility for breeding.
During breeding loans, your animals will need to be relocated to my facility while breeding until the breeding
is complete or eggs are produced. They are then returned to their respective owners, and the eggs are maintained here until
they hatch. Once they are hatched, they will be divided according to the negotiated and agreed upon terms. Normally, if breeding
with my animals, the expected split may range from 50/50 to 60/40 in my favor, and if I am breeding for two separate parties,
expect about a 33/34/33 to a 30/40/30 split in my favor. The division of the offspring will be determined by the amount of
time and equipment I invest into our agreed breeding loan, versus the value of the Python that you are allowing me to breed.
The more valuable your animals are, the larger the percentage that you keep!
Males and female offspring
will also be divided evenly when possible.
All breeding loan animals are subject to my
approval upon arrival, and breeding is never guaranteed because these animals do have minds of their own, and have been known
to refuse breeding, or to be sterile.
All submitted breeding loan animals must
be in perfect breeding condition, appear physically healthy, and should preferably be free of mites.
All breeder loan participants should realize the known risks of breeding snakes, particularly involving
the Reticulated Pythons. All participants in a breeding loan accept responsibility for these risks to their animal as it pertains
to the breeding loan. I promise to minimize these risks as much as possible.
Relocating
breeder animals to and from my facility will be the responsibility of the owner, unless negotiations dictate differently,
and relocating the offspring to their proper owners will be my responsibility unless negotiations dictate differently.
In some circumstances, the breeder loan participant may only be interested in "pick of the litter"
and this is sometimes an acceptable option. Other participants may want to wholesale their share to me, and this can also
be arranged.
Breeding loan participants will receive regular updates about their animal's condition,
and progress in the breeding season. Pics will also be available.

Injury / Death to Python at Event
All participants will be instructed on how to behave and act, and how to properly interact with any snakes featured at such
events as Python Presentations, Python Parties, Publicity Python Photo Opps, or other events. All hosts of any event are responsible
and liable for the actions and behaviors of all participants that result in injury or death to any snakes at all Pythons
Events. Should veterinarian care, or replacement, of an injured or killed animal be necessary due to the actions of an
event participant, costs and expenses of such shall be detailed on an invoice with a copy of such costs, and delivered
to the host of the event, payment due upon receipt, subject to legal action.
Personal
Harm at Event
All reasonable steps and measures to ensure that this never happens
are taken by Rob Clark. Such harm has never occurred at any Rob Clark Pythons Event.
Pythons are not
poisonous. They do have teeth. All snakes within any collection are capable of biting. These snakes are handled on a regular
basis, and are considered tame. Upon request, the host has the option to have all, or selected snakes' mouths banded to
prevent bites. This is a simple and harmless process which ensures safety. This process is recommended, but not mandatory,
and is done only at the discretion of the host.
Should some form of personal injury occur, all adults are
notified that they handle these snakes at their own risk. Minors, juveniles, and children will be the responsibility of the
host, parents, or guardians. Should any injuries occur, the host will assume responsibility and liability. Again, no such
thing has ever occurred at any of my events and all measures are taken to assure that it never does. These terms are subjected
to this being a true statement.
Promotional Offers
Rob Clark reserves the right to offer special
promotional offers to select groups or individuals on the basis of geographical location, repeat customers, or other
groups, and may restrict such offers to limits of time or quantity at his discretion. These offers my become available, be
amended, deleted, or extended at the discretion of Rob Clark.
Partnerships
To participate in an exchange of web site links, or to cooperatively work together in advertisement, events, or product sales,
please contact Rob Clark for details.
Rob Clark is not responsible or liable for the actions or statements of
any other website, business, or group with which Rob Clark Pythons may have affiliation or partnership with. Such affiliations
and partnerships will be terminated if their customer service, support, and products are not of the highest quality.
Investment Opportunities
Investments can be modified and adjusted
to meet the needs of the customer / financial partner. The terms of every investment may be different, depending on the agreements

As an example, the most common and preferred method
will be to purchase animals that you wish to own because of their value, and then allow Rob Clark to manage your investment!
E-Mails
All content agreed to within E-mail contacts pertaining
to any service, fee, of sale will constitute legal written contractual binding agreement. All terms within this site will
apply to any E-mail agreement.
Verbal Agreements
All
verbal agreements will constitute legal written contractual binding agreement when substantiated with E-mail. All terms
within this site will apply to any verbal agreement when business card or written web address is presented. All terms within
this site will apply to any verbal agreement substantiated by E-mail.

Your questions may be submitted by phone or E-mail, but E-mail is preferred to establish a written
record and reference. Your questions will be answered in a timely manner as professionally as possible.
Complaints
If anyone has any complaints about anything relevant to this web site,
